RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At LA ADORN, we have a strict no return policy except in cases where you receive the wrong product. Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged during transit and remains unopened.

Conditions for Exchange:

The product must be damaged during transit and not opened.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of order delivery.

The original packaging, including labels, tags, and barcodes, must be intact.

How to Request an Exchange:

Provide your order ID along with clear images of the damaged, unopened product and the invoice.

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.

Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the exchange and ship a replacement.

Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.
